With a new high-bay warehouse, state-of-the-art laboratory facilities and a new office building, Innovatec^® responds to the company’s expansion course and creates space for now more than 100 employees.

Full steam ahead on the path to growth

Thanks to healthy organic growth, Reifenhäuser’s most modern meltblown line at the time was commissioned in Troisdorf in 2014. The high-performance production line is used in particular for the versatile and flexible production of nonwovens for the filter, automotive and hygiene industries.

Just one year later, in 2015, Innovatec® expanded its product portfolio to include spunbond nonwovens of the highest quality. For this purpose, the company commissioned a new spunbond line. The product portfolio was thus expanded to include technical spunbonds, which are used in particular in filter applications or the construction industry.

Innovative products are usually developed at Innovatec® in close consultation with customers. Because only then can Innovatec^® take the special wishes of the market into account in its innovations.

At Innovatec®, perfection and innovation also mean the consistent further development of existing products. To this end, Innovatec^® contributes its extensive knowledge of state-of-the-art processing methods, specific material properties and the concrete requirements of individual areas of application.
